Baltimore Christmas Parade 2022

The Baltimore Mayor's Christmas Parade takes places every year in the neighboorhood of Hampden. There are power and telephone lines running across the street, so a few balloon floats have to go through some gymnastics to pass through, and the diverse assortment of other participants is just…unusually delightful.
