New cats: Kimchi and Sasha Blue
At the end of November 2022, Steffi and I drove down to a foster home at the edge of Dulles airport, and picked up these two brothers, the last unadopted siblings from a rescued litter. Judging by their coats and other attributes, they seem to be largely Russian Blue (and Russian Black, which I didn't know was a thing). We'll know for sure if their eyes turn a beautiful emerald green in the next week or two. It took a few days to work out their new names, but here we present Kimchi (Black) and Sasha Blue (Grey).
